Important update information

⚠️ Updating from KaevCMS 0.42.4 – 0.50.16: install the bridge package first (KaevCMS-bridge-update-0.42.4-0.50.16-for-0.51.3.zip), then the cumulative package. Without the bridge, the old updater rejects the cumulative package.

• Unified player wallet with coin balance and transaction history.
• Donations module with YooMoney payment integration.
• Configurable coin prices and supported currencies.
• Optional exchange of CMS coins for game items through Web Inventory, with individual settings for each game server.
• Wallet balance and quick-access links in the player account menu.
• Wallet management in the administration panel: balances, transaction history, manual credits and debits, and spending restrictions.

• The Web Updater now replaces Composer dependencies (Laravel, Livewire and others) by itself — on a VDS and on shared hosting without SSH or Composer. PHP and required extensions are checked before anything changes; on failure the database, files and dependencies are rolled back together.
• Update packages are uploaded in parts, so large packages no longer fail with "413 Content Too Large" on shared hosting. No PHP settings need changing.
• An update package can also be copied to the server through FTP or the file manager and verified from the administration panel.
• Bridge package for sites on 0.42.4 – 0.50.16, so older installations can move to the new updater.
• Server commands for a stuck update: php artisan kaevcms:update-recover and php artisan kaevcms:update-finalize.

Changed

• Updated Laravel from 13.19 to 13.37 and Livewire from 4.2 to 4.4.7 (bug fixes and improvements). The cumulative package installs them automatically.
• Unified the player account interface across both themes.
• Improved wallet navigation, transaction history, and coin exchange dialogs.
• Localized bundled modules and audit log messages into Russian and English.
• Simplified YooMoney configuration into a single administration form.
• Improved the appearance and usability of administration pages on desktop and mobile devices.
• Module administration pages (Donations, Daily Rewards, Promo Codes, Support Tickets) use the same tabs and header as Settings.
• The module catalogue is a card grid with new module artwork; technical details are collapsed behind "Details".
• Smoother mobile menu in the player account; the balance and profile menus open evenly.
• Changing or resetting a player password signs the player out of other browsers.
• Player pages no longer hang when a game or login database is unavailable.

Below 0.42.4	Clean installation, keeping .env and the database

After the bridge the panel shows version 0.51.2-bridge — this is expected; install the cumulative package right after it. The bridge (about 5 MB) is uploaded in one request: if the host rejects it with error 413, raise upload_max_filesize and post_max_size to 64M in the hosting PHP settings once. After updating, open Modules and apply the pending module updates.

If the System updates page of an older version returns HTTP 500 on MySQL 8, first run in phpMyAdmin: UPDATE system_updates SET manifest = '{}' WHERE status IN ('succeeded', 'failed', 'discarded');
